- Clay brick pavers: $85–$150/m²
- Concrete brick pavers: $80–$135/m²
Bluestone
- Natural cleft bluestone: $120–$180/m²
- Sawn bluestone: $140–$195/m²
- Honed bluestone: $155–$215/m²
Concrete Pavers (Large Format)
- Standard concrete pavers: $90–$140/m²
- Premium concrete pavers: $130–$180/m²
Porcelain Pavers
- Standard porcelain: $140–$200/m²
- Premium porcelain: $180–$250/m²
Timber Decking
- Treated pine decking: $150–$250/m²
- Merbau hardwood: $250–$425/m²
What's Included in These Prices?
Standard supply-and-install pricing includes: delivery of materials, basic excavation (up to 150mm), road base, bedding sand or mortar, paver installation, edge restraints and site cleanup. Additional costs apply for: concrete removal, retaining walls, complex drainage, access difficulties and certain patterns (herringbone is standard; complex custom work may attract a premium).
