Mulgrave is a family suburb built mostly through the 1970s and 80s, with brick veneer homes on decent-sized blocks between Wellington Road, Springvale Road and the Monash Freeway. The original concrete driveways, paths and patios are reaching the end of their life, and a lot of families are replacing them in one go.
