Antonio measures up, checks the existing surface and base, looks at drainage, access and levels, and brings material samples so you can see them against your house.
You receive a written quote listing demolition, base depth, materials, pattern, drainage and clean-up, with GST shown separately. No vague allowances and no surprises once work starts.
