Water pooling at entries, running into garages or sitting against buildings is one of the most common problems on shared sites. We plan falls and drainage together with the paving: grated strip drains across entries and garage doors, pits in low courtyards and ag drains behind walls. Stormwater connections are regulated plumbing work in Victoria, so they're completed by a registered plumber, and water goes to the property's legal point of discharge. A lifted paver or a sunken section on a common path is a trip hazard for residents, tenants and visitors. For owners corporations and property managers we re-level and re-lay the affected areas on a rebuilt base, reusing the existing pavers wherever possible so the repair matches. For townhouse and unit developments we lay driveways, paths, courtyards and drainage to the approved plans, matching levels at every garage, door and boundary. Permeable paving can help a development keep enough of the site able to absorb rain. We're happy to work to your program and coordinate with your plumber and other trades.
Commercial jobs are quoted after a free site visit, because access, traffic, staging and drainage vary a lot. As a guide, paving starts from $140/m² including GST — see the full price list. The minimum job is $1,000.
