Narrow side gates or restricted access adds 10–20% due to manual wheelbarrow work. Easy vehicle access keeps costs down.
Removing old concrete adds $30–$60/m². Removing asphalt or existing pavers adds $20–$45/m². Always included in your written quote.
Sloped blocks, tree roots, or reactive clay soil may require additional preparation. We assess and include this in the quote.
Clay bricks cost more than concrete pavers. Bluestone and porcelain cost more than brick. We'll help you choose the right material for your budget.
The only way to get an accurate price is a free site visit. Phone quotes are rough estimates only — site conditions, access and ground preparation requirements vary significantly between properties. We come to you, assess everything, and provide a written fixed-price quote.
All prices quoted include GST. We will provide a proper tax invoice on completion of every job.
We typically require a materials deposit (30–50% of total) before ordering materials for larger jobs. The balance is due on completion. Payment terms are always clearly stated in the written quote.
