A single-skin brick fence costs $180–$280 per square metre fully installed including footings, brick, mortar and capping. Double brick (two skins) costs $300–$450/m². Height restrictions apply — most councils allow up to 1.8m without a permit for side/rear boundaries.

A standard circular or square firepit typically takes 2–3 days including foundation prep, brick laying, and finishing. Gas firepits require an additional day for gas line connection by a licensed plumber.
In most Melbourne councils, retaining walls over 1m high require a building permit. We handle all engineering requirements and council approvals where needed. Walls under 1m typically don't need a permit but we still engineer them properly.
